The struggling Pizza Hut restaurant chain will be sold for $2.7 billion by parent company Yum Brands.

Yum! Brands is selling its struggling Pizza Hut chain in a deal worth $2.7bn (£2bn), the company has announced.

LongRange Capital will pay approximately $1.5 billion in its deal, while Yum China will pay an estimated $1.2 billion.
